I believe in using all my knowledge when I do a massage, so my massages are a mixture of different modalities from deep tissue and Swedish massage techniques to movement therapy, reflexology, and hot stone massage. Sometimes I will even incorporate Craniosacral holds into a massage session. Ultimately, you are in control of your massage. If there are any techniques that you prefer I not use (for example - deep tissue), then I won't use that in your massage. However, if you decide that you would like to experience Craniosacral Therapy or a reflexology treatment in its entirety then we can do that as well.
My therapy sessions are for the full amount of time listed. If you book a 60 minute massage then you will receive at least a 60 minute massage unless you are extremely late for your appointment. I schedule an extra 30 minutes of my time to ensure that we have adequate time for your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please extend the courtesy of at least a 24 hour notice.
